About What is it? Hybrid i5 is a HTML/Javascript coded portal, with Flash games and applications. Hybrid i5 is an offline portal, meaning that you don't require the internet for most features. Hybrid i5 works with both Phat and Slim PSP's, and doesn't require custom firmware. If you're unsure of the definition of a portal, then the following link may be useful. Click here. Features Password Protection With a personalisable username and password, no one will be able to use Hybrid but you. Flash games No more boring long car trips! Sit back, and relax in the back car seat while you play a nice selection of games. Going for really long drive? Don't go. Or, download a game pack from the Gzero website and keep yourself entertained! Flash applications Show your creativity with a load of Flash applications. Internet browser An internet browser inside an internet browser? Yep. Browse your own bookmarks and open them or open one of the cool included bookmarks! Eye candy graphics With clean graphics made with Gimp, you're bound to fall in love with the GUI as soon as you see it. GMB - Gzero Media Bar Based on the Mac OS X menu bar, the Gzero Media Bar is a feature that has been passed on from Hybrid 2.0. It gives you quick access to all of the things you need to do. The menu bar is built on Javascript, so you can easily play a game while chattingt to your friends on the built in messenger (MSN, YIM, AIM, Gtalk). File browser and loader Simply and easily open images or files with the file opener. You can open the following file types: * .jpg * .png * .gif * .gif (animated) * .htm * .html * .txt There are more openable files, this is just an example. Simple GUI Never get lost again with Hybrid's easy to use Graphical User Interface. With a basic menu and image based interface, browsing is a breeze. Multi-tasking One feature that makes Hybrid i5 stand out is the Multi-tasking capability. You can, for example, play a game while chatting to a friend on the messenger, or you can browse the web while using an applicaton. Extras Menu Here you can find items that are important, but aren't important enough to be on the main menu. These items include news and community. Requires Flash Player to be activated. Requires WiFi access. Completion Status ![]() Downloads Hybrid i5 - QJ - .zip - Download Screenshots ![]() Links Hybrid i5 Homepage Gzero Homepage Last edited by JDawson; 03-16-2009 at 10:53 AM.. here's my info: PSP slim (2000) running 5.00 M33-6 i've tried hybrid 2.0 , 1.0, and some guy had a 1.5 installer and none of them work i tried installing them in /COMMON as directed and i tried installing them into the root directory i've also tried another portal called PSPPOD and it has similar results 1. i can get to the login screen and enter user + password 2. i can get to what appears to be the home page with icons at the top 3. but when I tried to mouse over any icons nothing happens (and I cannot click any of them) when I mouse over icons no balloons or text pop up like i see in others examples when i push down on the direction pad i can see the balloon texts that are supposed to pop up when you mouse over the icons on PSPPOD, the click points don't align with the icon and when i click on something it usually pops up the wrong screen or no screen at all? ![]() thanks in advance for any help i'm guessing maybe the internet browser is having compatibility issues? maybe these portals on ly work on OFW? or non M33 CFW? |
