Need For Speed carbon is boring compare to its other versions (ie PC...). However, they are not the "same" game afterall. (for PSP its "OWN THE CITY": completely different story line; the map is almost the same as NFS: Most Wanted.....sigh) I hope they wont do that for NFS: Pro Street. i find J2 also kinda repeatitive after couple of Leagues...some game modes are just plain stupid ex: spooke, win by 1 sec; win by at least 3 seconds WTF??, and drift (not a big fun of drifting; just press throttle and break at the same time.....)
and the DNA thing...basicly records ur playin style or habits ( i got all sanes and some cools, none wild =-=... dunno how the game determined those)
The graphic is fairly good; some musics are nice; menu background music is only 5 seconds long and it keeps on repeating (thats lame) since all u will be listening to is that 5 sec loop while ur customizing ur rides
Another thing i like about this game is that it has many different brands of cars (and not all crazy exotic cars). It has more everyday-life cars.
I think the bet feature is pretti unique. And the pinkslip race is a good way to get free cars.
Im done with the game even i didnt beat the game (the AI is too ez, or maybe my skyline is too fast --- i get 1st spot everytime immideately after the game is started). The only reason that keeps me playing is that i want to see the complete car list of that game.
On the other hand, it seems BMW wont allow people to customize their cars. In need for speed, or Juiced, ur not allowed to put on body parts to BMW's.....even for the tunning, it says that the parts are by BMW =-=
