Sorry to dissapoint but it's delayed. I actually went to my local games shop and asked them to ring up GEM (The people who ship it to shops in the UK) and they said the 4th. Play.com is the only website still saying the 28th. Have you checked HMV, ASDA, GAME and nearly every other game website lately? They all say the 4th!Zitat:

Yes, and i don't even have the game. In the sound menu or something it will say Custom Trax: Unavailbale. To enable them you must complete a mission about Donald Love or something to unlock them. OK?? NOW EVERYONE STOP ASKING!Zitat:

PLAY are reliable, as are AMAZON, GAME, and GAMEPLAY. The latter 3 all say 4th November. You can't assume it coming out on 28th date just because one site says so!

November 4th is the new European release date for Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, it has been confirmed today.
Rockstar's hugely-anticipated PSP-exclusive had been due for release this Friday, the 28th October, but has now been forced back seven days for reasons as-yet unconfirmed.
The game's UK distributor Gem confirmed the news to Eurogamer today, and admitted it had only just received confirmation itself this lunchtime.
It is not yet known whether the European slip will have any effect on the game's US release date, which at the time of writing is expected to be tomorrow, the 25th October.
Should the game remain on track in the US for this week, it's fair to say that import retailers will be enjoying a bumper weekend selling what is one of the most in-demand games of the entire year on any platform.

"A few minutes ago Boomtown reported that Liberty City Stories has been delayed in the UK by one week. Local stores in the UK such as Game have today also said that it will be only available on November 4th. Game's online store is also listing Liberty City Stories as a November 4th release. It is still not known who made this announcement and updates will be posted throughout the day.
UPDATE 1:
This afternoon in the UK the distributor of Liberty City Stories in the country Gem confirmed to Eurogamer that the game got pushed back by one week and will now be available on November 4th. The release date in North America and Australia still stays the same (25th in US and 28th in Aus). We hope to expect some announcements from either Rockstar or TTWO later in the day.

A Rockstar representative told the UK based gaming site Pro-G that Liberty City Stories is still on track for its original release date.

Luke over at GTAnet also contacted Rockstar in the UK and they assure us that the game is still on track for October 28 in the UK! Bear in mind that neither Take 2 Interactive or Rockstar Games made any announcements about a delay."
R* dont know anything about it anymore, they've dun there part. They've given it to GEM. Its up to them to distribute it now. It's them causing the delay. NOT R*
*EDIT* Look on GTAPortable Forums, theres a link saying the AUS date has been pushed back to the 11th of Nov. I hope the 4th doesnt change to the 11th :S
