Official GTA: LCS Discussion Thread

The AK and Baseball Bat are missing from the weapons list...fyi :)

The game is....solid. I got used to the slight fps difference from the console versions (including the LCD ghosting), and now it's fun as hell. Except I left all of my PSP **** at a friend's house. It sucks.

this sucks....... in order to play against other people for GTA... they have to be right next to you. Theres no damn server lobby or anything...gr. None of my friends have 2.0, I had to upgrade for the game. I already miss 1.5, but I just started GTA..... one of my toughest decisions ever. Oh.... please.... since everyone keeps saying different thigns, please tell me...can I downgrade to 1.5 if i updated from the disk. As in the main guide first, it said yes, thats why I did it since PSPUpdates is always down for files... I used the upgrade provided with the game since it says here it was ok...

It should be ok, people have aperantly already downgraded after using the upgrader on the disc.

Read the F.A.Q.... That's what it's there for ;)...

i know, thats the one i am reffering to. But then all these other people saying "no its not true, u cant update. its a special 2.0 upgrade. blah blah blah" So Im just making sure.

No... It's downgradable... Don't worry ;)...

So, has anyone unlocked the custom soundtrack yet? It might be on the next island, thats where Donald Love was in GTAIII. I'm on JD's second set of missions, I forget which one...

is the "tank" in the game (or the code)?

Well maybe that's why it's been delayed then - they're putting on 2.01 on the rest of the copies. The ones made for the US went gold too soon for 2.01 to be put on, but the ones for the rest of the world went gold more recently. So maybe that's what the delay has been for, for them to put 2.01 on. It had better not be or I'll be ordering a US copy off Ebay.

It now happens to 'coincidentally' launch at the same time as the gameboy micro now it launches on nov 4th I think this is the more likely reason for the delay at least I hope it is
