This has been getting on my nerves ever since I had the game so, I thought I'd make a thread to see what other peoples views on the game are.
I've been playing it for a good week or two mostlly in Career mode. Yes, the graphics are very good, the Blur effect with the Nitros has been brought over from the PC very well. I've been playing NFS since Underground on the PC I thought this would be a year jaw dropper on the PSP but, I just seem to get angry with the game.
One of the most anoyying things has to be, When your racing along at 175Mph you pass a Polic car close to 190Mph two seconds later....he is right next to you. I'm telling you guys, no matter how fast you go, they seem to catch up and when they do...well I think "Bumper Cars" comes into mind. They willjust smash and smash and smash you until you either spin out or, you can give a Nitros boost to get infront of them. It wasn't like this on the PC version of Most wanted, why on the PSP?
The next thing has to be, when you Spawn for the race at the start line, You accelerate and it ALWAYS seems to drag me to the left, it seems this happens to the other racers too, they all swerve to the left for....no reason?
Thing that comes into mind it that is seems to be doing what happens when the Police try to spin you out. Only way to fix it is to move the analog stick left to right I find....I've seen this problem with other people from all over the world. Has anytone expierienced it here?
Ok, Final thing (Promise guys no more moans hehe) why is there no ROAM!?
C'mon EA, roaming in NFS:U and NFS:MW on the PC was sooooo fun. No boundries...get used to your car, the map etc. Now though its gone Did they sacrifice this for the stupid(imo)"Slow mo"? Ive still, not used it once to win a race. I do just fine without it. On this subject they've knocked the level of drifting you can do down to aswell I think. Nothing better than drifting all the way round a huge corner...but now its gone too
Ok guys, I hope there isnt to much there. Im curious what your thoughts on the game are :)
