I picked this game up a day after it's release in Japan.
I bought it while I was on vacation in NYC during Christmas week.
Paid USD$65 for it.
I've never played the PS2 version before, but I've heard so many good things about this game.
For those of you worried about the control scheme/layout on the PSP, don't be. It takes a while to get used to it, but when you do, you don't even notice it anymore.
From what I can gather from a friend of mine who's played the PS2 version, it's nearly identical in gameplay & graphics, which would mean that it's FUN AS HELL!
And I'd have to agree with him, I haven't had this much fun on such a silly concept of a game before, but it's ridiculously fun.
The music is great too, not that I understand it, but it fits the silly-ness of the game & the whole concept of it.
Which brings me to my next point.
I speak & read ZERO Japanese, ok maybe a bit of whatever I picked up from watching anime :icon_cool
The entire game is in Japanese.
THE WHOLE GAME, from the dialogue to the menus.
But the good thing is, if I can figure out how to play, save & progress through the game, I'm sure you can too.
Just a bit of common sense & a bit of trial & error in the beginning and you'll be able to know what to do in no time.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend getting this game :)
