This is a discussion on EA Replay, Using emulation. within the PSP Games forums, part of the PSP Chat category; Seems that good old EA have not ported this, But instead emulated it! I wonder whos code they "borrowed" to ...
How does that prove its emulated?
aint that the snes rom extension?
Yeah, And .bin is the genesis extension. I'm unable to extract the files correctly, So i can't really take a look at them. But I would guess they would run on any emulator.Originally Posted by momagic

But smc is 100% definitely SNES Roms.Originally Posted by filext.com
Being roms proves nothing. It doesn't mean they borrowed code. They've probably taken open source libraries and written their own emulator. How do you think most "Greatest Hits" game compilations are made. They dont remake the games thats for sure.
Why shouldnt they be emulated, it is much easier than to make ports, think it was kind of obvious after it was clear those are the SNES versions.
If a single person can make a SNES emulator without documentation in a matter of weeks/month it probably was a matter of days for a team having both PSP and SNES documentation.
