Depending on how recent your purchase was it could either indicate that it's a launch PSP (1.5 firmware loaded); otherwise, if it's a recent entertainment pack which includes ATV offroad, a UMD movie, and a 1GB stick, than it has 2.71 loaded on TA-082 board.
Determining PSP firmware using box codes (Dec 23, 2007)
yes it is an entertainment pack but i hass a spider-men 2 movie and firmare 1.50, and its not TA-082 board, and one this my screen hass 2 pixel that are incorect colors, can i some where change the screen?
It's not worth changing the screen. Most people have at least some dead pixels. On my launch PSP, I have 2 dead pixels (both on edges) and a little light patch on the top that I suspect is backlight bleeding through. However when immersed in a game it's totally unnoticable
a ok thank you but in newest psp there is also dead pixels?
Virtually any LCD can have dead pixels
Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.6ghz (Multiplier: 9x; Bus: 400mhz; FSB: 1600mhz;)
GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512 MB (Core: 850mhz; Memory: 1200mhz; Shader: 2100mhz;)
ASUS P5K Pro Motherboard
Patriot Extreme (2x2GB) / OCZ HPC (2x1GB)
6GB Total Dual Channel RAM (DDR2 1066mhz)
OCZ GameXstream 700w
2x Seagate 250GB HD (RAID0)
isnt there some homebrew app that tries to fix dead pixels? (i cant remember where i seen it or what its called though, sorry)
