i have dial-up internet but will a linksys wireless usb adapter allow me to play online via infastructure or adhoc?
Forget dial up on kai... just forget it, thats like doing a jury rig to play Halo 2 on 56k.. would lag alot and be useless.
Having problems. My PSP is configured correctly for kai (diagnostics mode shows it) but I can't see any games. For the record I've changed all my wireless card's settings to hell and back.
The make is a "Broadcom 802.11b/g" or something (I didn't install it) and it's on the list of working cards...
Well... hard to say, no one might be playing right now. =/
I mean your Kai Engine started and GUI running? If so, then least thats a start, once logged in you should least see games from xbox being played etc.
I mean, I can see other people and talk, but I can't pick up any games on Wipeout.
I won't be able to even sign on for a while (moving to a network which revolves around proxy servers), so eh.
what if i don't want to use kai and just want to play via infastructure mode. then is it possible to play with dial up?
No, forget dial up all the way, lag would not let you play at all. Even if you jury rig for normal infrastructure.
alright welp i have it installed and im pretty sure everything works although i have yet to test a game hehe its 3:30 am so i doubt anyone around california will be on my name in there is Hulkit if anyone sees me message me so that i can test out a game and see if i set everything up correctly or find me on msn [email protected]
Peace
If I bought the NETGEAR 54 Mbps Wireless PCI Adapter (http://www.netgear.com/products/details/WG311.php) and installed it on my computer wich has the internet, would I then be able to play through my PSP?
I don't have a router and I'm not planning on buying one neither, just wanted to know if I could buy me some wireless network-card instead.
Thanks for confirmation if anyone knows.
