I was upgrading my nephew's PSP firmware to 4.40 OE-A, I was running the program that creates the DXAR file. The PSP crashed and rebooted and nuked the memory stick. The stick is not only unreadable it doesn't show as being in the PSP or memory carder reader (when I tried to read it on my desktop). So I can't even reformat the card.
I've tried a few programs that claim to recover data, but they don't see the card either. Is there any software out there that can recover a nuked memory stick? I'm not bothered about recovering data (I backed up everything before installing the firmware), just want the card to be useable again if possible.
