I know you've probably seen this questions hundreds of times before, but I just want to be absolutely sure;
Can a Pandora-battery safely downgrade a TA-08x motherboard back to 1.50? In other words; will it automatically detect and patch TA-08x mobo's and is it corruption free?
From what I've read, it is, but one of my friends claims he knows someone who had a PSP, with a TA-086 motherboard, which got in a continuous loop of the RSOD after downgrading from 3.52. Reflashing didn't fix it for some reason.
Is this true? What are the odds of something like this happening?
I know next to none about the TA-08x mobo's as I'm on a good ol' TA-079 and have been using homebrew for well over a year now. I will however, downgrade one of my friends' PSP's, which has a TA-086 motherboard, and I'm scared to death I will screw it up as I'll be fully responsible.
I have an unpatched UMD of GTA LCS, so downgrading to 3.03, followed by a GTA downgrade to 1.50 is possible as well. Is this recommended?
I would highly appreciate it if anyone could clear this up for me,
