How do I post on CWCheat forums?

I need help posting or replying to a thread on the CWCheats forum. I have been registered for quite some time now and have recieved no activation email. I have also tried registering another account with no success. I have also tried sending a PM to weltall on the ps2dev forums (this is the most recent forum he has been to that I could find) and he hasn't replied yet. So I was wondering if someone knew how I could post a message on the CWCheats forum, the message I keep getting is:
