Have to reinsert SD Memory Stick Adapter to Boot PSP
I purchased a Photofast MicroSD to Memory Stick adapter and 2X 16gb MSD cards. They work great, however, now when I turn the PSP on, half the times I have to eject and reinsert the card or the PSP won't boot up.
The screen remains black, and the MS access light flashes slowly. I pop the card out and back in and it boots up no problems. It's not a huge issue, it's easy enough to do, but I'd rather not be putting extra wear and tear on the card.
A bit more information:
I have a slim PSP-2001 on 5.00 M33-6.
I don't use IRShell but I have it installed so I could disable the MagicGate feature (since the Photofast cards don't support it).
This also seemed to happen once when I had the system in sleep mode. When I brought it out of sleep it just sat on the loading screen for the game I was playing.
Has anyone else had this problem using the Photofast reader? If so, have you found a solution?
