It is because of a bad copy of ChickHen or CFE. Check this guide. (use the download links from it too).

You should change the driver to M33-NoUMD. Press select, go to UMD ISO MODE, and change it to M33-NoUMD.

use cfw enabler 3.30 to uninstall previous versions of GEN-A or CFW Enabler.

Once uninstalled, do a fresh installation of CFW Enabler 3.60

@iamafreak, you got ahead of me in posting that. I was in school. XD

@kentjes123, the tutorial for that can be found in the bottom of the same guide.

Default The whole story

I will write here the story of my weird) problem. When I first installed the cfw succesfully, it worked.... but the only thing was that when i wanted to start another game the "playstation" key was not working. Ok i pressed the "select" button and i could start another game (no vshmenu check that). Till now everything was "good". After that, suddenly i cannot access any games. And when i ran my CFW when it restarts it freezes.
Then i followed your guide and it worked, only the games could not start (80020148). You told i had to access VSHMENU. I cannot!! The only way i can see the vshmenu is by putting my keys in hold mode.
I don't know what else to do.

Oh. You might have installed a CFW over CFW. :S I think that what caused your problem. Uninstall CFE by following the instructions in the guide, then reinstall it. Make sure it is the latest one (also follow the same guide).

Just blow on holes in the sides of the button. If that didn't work, disassemble your PSP, and deep clean the L button.
