I am trying to make an ISO of Ape Escape so I can play it from my memory stick instead of the UMD.
I know how to use VCDX but it isn't working in this instance because the files I downloaded have a PSP_GAME folder (as normal), and a PSP/GAME/Ape and Ape% folders which both contain EBOOT.PBP files.
I dont have the UMD_DATA.BIN file.
I have tried taking it from another game, but it doesnt work - and then I read somewhere that each game has its own code inside the file. I got the start of the code which is 'UCUS-98609' - but I am unsure about the rest.
Is there any way I can rebuild a UMD_DATA.BIN file - or can someone possibly tell the the rest of the text inside the file for Ape Escape (US) so that I can paste it into the file I am using?
This is maybe a noob question - but I have tried the search and found no results. I've been lotering in the forums for a couple of months now - but this is the first time I've needed to post!
Thanks in advance
you do realize that there is an app for the psp that ripscontents of a UMD onto a memory stick and sually the first thing it rips is the UMD_DATA.BIN
We do not allow troubleshooting of making/running ISO's from the memory stick.
