Ok, here's a strange one for ya.
I've got a 2.6 PSP (i don't know why, i regret it). Last night i was playing some GTA before bed, as i always do; and i put the unit in sleep and left it on charge like i always do. Now, some point during the night, our power went out, which, really shouldn't matter to the PSP. When i got up this morning to play some GTA...it totally rebooted and told me the system settings were corrupted, i pressed O, reset the unit, reconfigured, and played some GTA. I exited out of GTA and into the web browser because i was trying to diagnose a broken internet (at 6am no less) and when i went to exit the browser, the unit locked up, and upon rebooting gave me the corrupted system settings.
What causes the PSP to just, corrupt like that? I wouldn't think that's a normal occurance and would tell me i got issues with my PSP. It hasn't done it again..yet..it only did it a second time about three minutes ago. If it does it again, i'll post.
