As sad as it seems, I'm going public with this question instead of trying to figure it out myself. I'm running my GTA:LCS at 333Mhz with the trainer and the temperature rises considerably. It usually stays between 35 and 36 celcius, which for a computer processor is quite fine. However the PSP, as far as I know doesn't even have a heatsink on the processor. I was wondering, after playing LCS on 222mhz for about 30 mins, what temperatures do you guys get?
Also, I know if you overload the processor and cause it to overheat with the web browser, it'll just turn off to prevent damage, but if I'm in LCS, I don't know if it's going to do the same thing, or press on because it's locked into the game. When it's in just the web browser, it's still in basic system software so a soft power-off wouldn't be a problem...
Does anyone know the temperature threshold for the psp?
Anyway, if you didn't understand most of that, the basic question being, am I going to damage the psp playing LCS at 333, because 222 just doesn't make it playable in my opinion.
Anyway, thanks for reading, suggestions & answers appreciated.
