Well, I found, as I said, a 2.5 PSP in my hotel room. The warranty sticker is off, and I went to the front desk and made them put out a notice.
No one came for it, so it's mine now.
No games or memory stick in it, but my PSP at home is a 2.7. Now, I can finally use homebrew. I already have GTA, and pretty much know what to do for the homebrew. Question 1: Is there a program that automatically extracts homebrew to the right place on the PSP? Question 2: Is there a working(well) GBA emulator for the 2.5?
Okay, now, the big issue. THE SCREEN IS MANGLED, DESTROYED, SCRATCHED UP BEYOND ALL BELIEF. So, I looked around and ordered an asterix clear faceplate and button set. I have a sauna, which is a room with no dust, latex gloves, cleaning cloth, and the right screwdriver. I can't really pick up a can of compressed air, but I don't think I'll need it. Is there anything I should know about installing this new faceplate and screen before I do it? ANYTHING AT ALL?!
Thanks for your time guys.
