Ok what people are getting from PSPTheme is a brick that only affects the XMB of the PSP. I believe before this application/homebrew bricks your PSP, it will cause your XMB background to be white without the wave lines, but the custom font will be installed. Then once you flash your theme back to the default XMB a brick will accure. This brick won't make you have a black screen except a bluescreen with text saying:
•Setting Information is corrupted. Press the O button to repair and restore default settings.
Once O is pressed the PSP will sort of restart and will bring you back to the same screen. It will continue to loop and loop till the PSP it shutted off manually.
"I do not blame the Developer for our bricks."
This is just called : BRICK
Some reasons that may have caused it:
•While searching through my 1.5 dump right before my brick I have found that my background I flashed was not installed correctly. 11.bmp was messed up at the top. 12.bmp was still the same as the Normal 12th Month Background.
•Also while searching through my lucky Firmware dump I have found out that most of the font files were at 0kb meaning corrupted.
•If I remember correctly all of the Themes I installed that had a white screen were: DJKiD and FLCLv2. Both of them had only one picture and they were name BG. All of the other themes that worked perfectly had exactly 12 Pictures all named 1 - 12. But still, this is the least realistic cause.
This very moment I am trying as hard as I can to find a solution and cause to this. PM Me if you are willing to help.
