I believe there is a European demo UMD that will let you upgrade your PSP to 2.00 if you do a hard reboot with the UMD in the drive. You might want to try to get your hands on it.
Did you put a custom menu title on it or anything?
What do you mean that you can't go into it - you can't open it, or it freezes when you open it? What?
Can you just not open the Memory Stick section? If that's all, pop in a UMD with an update on it and try that. Edit: Ooh, wait... you spoofed the version. Damn.

I can use my UMD games ok, formated in both FAT32 then FAT nothing :(

You will lose everything by doing this. Also is there anything in the game folder? If there's nothing in there then it wont do anything anyway.
