Mincho, I'm quite not understanding this. Now, you can't access the game icon? what happens if you try? And where does the selected icon appear if you hard reboot your psp? (It usually is on game)
Try using network update
Spoof the address so it downloads a 2.0(or anything besides 2.7+) update
When it asks if you want to run it, say yes
Tell me if it loads the update or not

This what happens i go to the game icon press x the litlle circle thing on bottom comes out for about 1/2 a sec then nothing it just stays there like i didn't press x.

It's gotta be your memory stick. Can you access the music folder, or the images one?
Did you try it without a UMD, with a UMD, and right after placing the UMD in the tray, close it and then try to load it?
