Can't enter PSP Game Folder !!!!

I have an idea. It is very risky, but it just might work.

Get file assitant for the computer. Get somebody to pm you thier fw files, (ALL OF it, the flash0 and flash1 and ipl) And just take those files, (hook up a usb connection), and browse the flash chip. Then just replace all the files there with the files of the other person. It just might work.

But I don't know of something that dumps the flash0, flash1, and the ipl...
edit -- mayb, there was something a little long ago that dumped flash0 and flash 1...The ipl dumper; there is a source file in the pspsdk example. I will dump my fw and email it to you, (since it's illegal) only if you wanna take this risk.

Isnt there a file assitant for the computer?
I know you tried almost everything...I'm really not sure what it is...You could send it to Sony. (It'll stink if you get back 2.7+)

I have a silver faceplate and bough my PSP the 1st day it came so no warranty

You can't access the flash threw USB. If we could, then 2.7+ would of had a downgrader by now(along with every other firmware known to psp).
