I have a sony 2.0gb mem card and an original 1.5 PSP, I use/have used all different ISO loaders, regular homebrew (snes, genesis etc.) and have flashed my psp only once with the GTA fonts and reflashed back to normal. Not to long ago I started up my psp and I could not access games/music/videos nothing worked except system settings, I reset nothing changed, took out memory card and reset still the same, I thought I was screwed, biting my nails I wanted to think of something else so I went to the movies.
I got back home to see that I left my psp on. It was at ~70%, I looked at it and got depressed again, but decided to restart it again and boom it was back to normal usb, hacks, everything was working as normal. I went to bed happy.
The next day when my psp was fully charged I tried to transfer some homebrews over to my psp. At the very end of the transfer it gave me some weird error. I disconnected and tried to play something, error:no memory card inserted...uggh its doing it again.
I reset, took out memory card, battery...nothing. So I decided to drain the battery some to about 97%, reset bam like new again.
So I use this technique a lot now to fix my psp but its not completely fixed sometimed my method doesn't work and I have to either drain the battery more or leave the psp off for awhile...very mysterious. :Argh:
sometimes even when the battery is already at say 50% or so, while im playing snes I try saving and it says save state not snes freeze save or some bs like that and I have to reboot the psp.
Is there anyway to fix this problem?
is it the memory card, psp or even the battery?
thanks in advance!
