I posted this in PSP General but I think I posted it in the wrong section, so here are some new BlazeByte Portals and a iR Shell theme.
I don't exactly know how to "tip off" QJ, so I will post these new portals and a new iR Shell theme here. For help go to forum.blazebyte.net.
PSPWxp 3.7 (by Qaz, based off of bigbondfan's PSPWxp): This one is kinda old and I don't know if it's already added to the site but here is a download link. It includes a huge amount of themes (I think around 10) and a awesome Control Panel!
iR Shell Pure White Theme (by GameBox 47): This is a new iR Shell that finishes Triable's Ceramic White theme, I just made it. http://openshare.blazebyte.net/downl...37ae238243dc8e
PSPWxp 3.72 (by jorgelanau, based off of PSPWxp 3.7 by Qaz): A minor update to 3.7, doesn't include the themes of 3.7, it has two themes from 3.7, XP and Vista. http://rapidshare.com/files/43195648...3.7.2.zip.html Here is some more information:
* In the principal package, I have deleted all themes except XP Luna and Vista, for smaller size. Also, the other themes are added to other file.
* Added 6 new games: dominoes, chess, helicopter, bowman, paintball and scope assault.
* All games are alphabetical ordened.
* The start menu of XP luna is modified for seems to the XP start menu.
* Help Center has been made for seems to the XP help center.
* Live Messenger icon has been chaged (in 3.7.1 It didnīt change it).
* I have changed the desktop icons order.
* In the XP luna theme, I have changed the background.
* I have deleted the spanish option in the control panel (It doesnīt do nothing).
* XP luna has had several changes

PSPWvista RC1 (by Hunter Onhika): A upgraded PSPWxp with a Vista start bar, side bar, 8 icons and more. There is a weird bug that makes it only work with firmware 2.00 - 3.40. PspWxp 3.7 Project (PSPWindowsVista)
Qaz's project release, This is ment to run smoother and be alot more like the Windows Vista
PSPWindowsVista will NOT harm your PSP in anyway! It is NOT homebrew!
It allows Windows Vista on your PSP. Really it is just a set of offline webpages that look like Windows Vista
You dont need to access the internet for most of this portal, Only to access the links and use the browser
Dont like Windows Vista? You can always change the images in the image folder to any other theme
