Remote Play on PS3
I'm new to the forums and has been a while since i don't follow the scene, pretty much since Dark Alex times. Well my question is, i have a phat psp 1001 model with 5.00 m33-6 installed and would like to know if there is a way to get my psp to shake hands with my ps3 on remote play. It says i have to update my psp firmware, of course i don't want to do that. Is there a way to go around this?
AFAIK, you have to be on the latest OFW. You might try using PSNF*cker (it is the name of the application) alongside with 5.00m33-6.
However, if that didn't work, you can do this the hard way. That's by multi-booting the PSP. You can install the 6.37 OFW (latest atm) on the memory stick, then the PSP boots firmware files from that certain sector. For more info, check this guide.
Tnx for your reply. I Could connect after reading in another related post, to use psrdumper first, before doing the remote play.
