Not sure if anybody else got this, i hear talks of a survey about PS3 and PSP connectivity(front page). But anyways this one i got yesterday was pretty much hinting of a feature or perhaps even a game itself, they never said "game" just "TALKMAN software".
What it was mostly about was that this software would allow you to use the PSP as a translator or sorts by using a MIC, it stated that you can talk on the mike and some character in the software named "MAX" would translate whatever you said on the mic, in the language you want him to translate.
Another thing it said that this software would have MODEs which could benefit you if you are in a diffrent country, basically saying that you can use it as a Dictionary and also it would have a "World clock" an "Alarm" and the option to make max actually teach you how to say whatever you are trying to say in another language correctly, basically he would teach you by hearing your voice on the mic.
Here is the concept for potential new PSP software called "Talkman."
Talkman is a software that will transform the PSP into a language translator and education device. It will have an animated character called "Max" to interact with the device. Using a provided microphone and UMD disk, the user will be able to say words and phrases in one language and the PSP will translate those into a different language. Talkman will help you learn new languages and communicate on your trips abroad.
