BTW the point of that is to show that just cause you cant load it from the orginating web site (try that one at www.atomicfilms.com search for trooper clerks) doesnt mean it doesnt work on the PSP. Also, games this way dont do any better tried downloading Mini Putt to MS and it played just as piss poor

hey just a thought.... what if someone made a homebrew game in flash.... then would that work? or someone could make it in flash and upload it on a website and if u go to the website u could play the homebrew....(wouldnt be very good unless u wer near wireless internet 24/7 but still)
So what is Macromedia Flash like on the PSP then? Does it run smoothly and can it run things like videos from Youtube and games off places like Newgrounds?

that is so much better but flash can go fairly fast if the swf files are on the mem stick
somewhatnoob, why make a "homebrewgame" in flash? There are millions out there already, homemade games. Thats not the point i think, homebrew is much more than homemade games, its about programs like PSPRadio, emulators like Snes9xTyl, and so on! Thats not something that could be made in flash!
And no, you dont need 24/7 wireless couse you can use games trough a portal, wait and see!

Alot of things will not work, especially from big Flash communitys like Newgrounds, as the majority of people use Flash 8, which mostly will not work in the older players.
Edit: So new stuff is likely to not work, but the old stuff will.
the new update is bootifull :) , i wish they had a better version of flash tho, and gave more compatability to play games n shiz.
and is there a way to run code 'THROUGH' a flash object/video whatever to run on psp?

Psh. I was going to update but it really has nothing good in store for me. I mean, yeah flash is great but think of all the homebrew to come. It's gonna be one of those things where you have your mind set on something and then, right when you think you made the right decision, it hits you in the face.

L tilts the world left, R tilts the world right. While holding L or R pressing the other one will make the ball jump the direction the world is tilted. O splits the ball into smaller balls, holding O brings them back together.

i updgraded my brothers psp to see wot it was like and it does run smooth and plays sounds and action script but as you no the web browser doesnt have a good cache and cant load a swf over like 2mb so it is pretty ****e and i think they should add more cache and not jsut to the internel memory
