Homebrew has made it into playstation magazine.
They have an article on edisoncarters cheat device, AdePSPs Cheatsnc, and PMG by me and AdePSP/

They even have a comment discouraging from updating to 2.7 in it. :razz:

Im not whining, im complaining, QJ is always so strict on piracy, but only on downlaodable files in their view, posting magazine scans is illegal, so how can a forum allow one thing to pass, but not another, when they are both illegal

they are illegal because magazines are copyrighted, and if you did not get permission from PSM, then you cant do it, and i dont care if you made the darn program, if you didnt get permission, its illegal.

If i wanted, i could report it to PSM, and this site could get fined big time, but i wouldnt, but the point is someone could

You didn't 'explain' the law since you never bothered to link to any laws.
And PSM isn't going to 'fine' anyone, they can't. It takes a judge to issue a fine and that involves going to court.
And first PSM has to issue an official Cease-and-Desist letter or the judge will throw it out since it would show that PSM did nothing to try to enforce their copyright.

OPM was the first one beacuse they asked [his name is Kaz Hirai(a guy whose name I can't pronunce who's like VP of Sony)] If they were ganna alow hombrew If someone were to relese It and he said they would wait 3 yrs, then think about it...Ill post the scan in a min.

Typical company double-speak.
They'll never openly say they won't allow it since they want to leave some PR wiggle-room in case they suddenly see PSP sales diving into the dirt and release a new firmware update that actually allows for homebrew use in user-mode only in a cheap ploy to drive up PSP sales.
Probably even do a new ad campaign calling it a new 'feature'.
But they won't even think about it until they completely recovered their development and production costs on it, which they probably never will recoup.
That way they can say "see? we told you we were going to do it".
It's all bullcrap anyway.
