only way I see this happening is thru editting the .iso,so its prolly a bit iffy to talk about
but I was browisng my UMD disc of Star Wars:Battlefront 2,and I noticed all the data is in .lvl files, just like the PC versions. I also noticed some folder names which made me beleive there may be some unfinished maps on the disc (Utapu for instance, which had screenshots on gamespot, but not in the game).
perhaps I can edit some .lvl files to get more maps in the game.
question is tho, would a game like Battlefront II allow mods to be loaded thru save files,or is the only way to add mods would be to make a UMD dump and edit the iso and load it?
theoretically, this game should allow mods and new maps and stuff,it looks like its setup just like the PC versions
I'm downloading the BFII PC mod tools, and I'm gonna see if I can crack open one of the psp .lvl files (Utapu .lvl file for instance),just to see if I can edit the files. Perhaps someone would like to tell me how to make UMD dumps? or is that against forum policy?
