Download the file
Connect your PSP to your computer
Pass your PSP in “mode USB” thanks to the option “Connection USB”
Click with the right button on the file which you downloaded
Choose to extract the files…
Choose like destination the letter assigned to your PSP in the Working station. Support on OK and it is all.
Open (or create if they do not exist) the following files:
- ms0: /SEPLUGINS/VSH.TXT, and register the line there: ms0: /SEPLUGINS/SCX.prx "

Safeguard your files.

Extinguish your PSP completely. Start again-there while maintaining supported the key [R] with starting.

In the RECOVERY, go in Plugins and activate both plugins SCX [pops] and SCX_MG [game]

-change cpu , view cpu
-view batter information
-take screenshots(you can select a part of the screen)

My favourite feature of underclocking the cpu to 66mhz for movies does not work, hopefully it will get fixed soon.

Nice find though, its nice to know that the developer is still on it.

Ok, here's what you have to do to get it to work.
1. Install SCEP.
2. Go to Recovery mode and enable the plugins.
3. EXIT Recovery mode to your XMB and press Select and your PSP should freeze.
4. Restart your PSP and go into recovery mode and choose Toggle USB.
5. Go to x:/SEPlugins/SCE/ and rename Setting to Setting.dat.
6. Exit Recovery mode to XMB again.
7. Open the Video folder and exit out of it (You have to do this or your PSP will freeze.)
8. Now press Select and SCEP should work.

Hope this helps.

BTW: You could open any menu to stop your PSP from freezing not just the Video folder.

Does the CPU settings work with this method?
Try 66mhz and tell me if it does change the clock coz I only managed to set 333 and nothing else..

Nope, It doesn't work. Maybe in the next update it'll work

New preview *update* . It has a new gui look and other neat thing like file manager and more. U can also enter flash 0 and 1 hehe
