is there a PRX to mute ingame music?

do you mean all sounds or just music. if its the latter then no since different games have different ways of handling music.

just when I am in UMD mode I know how to mute sounds lol

There should be settings in the game to disable/lower the volume of BGM and sounds..

if you run the game from irshell you can try to mute different channels of game sounds cause the game music is on a different channel than game sounds i think

Rip all sounds, relink them to an empty file with the same extension as the original...

You can do this with Ir Shell 3.1. Its the note icon with th X through it. Click on that and it disables the ingame audio.

i cant get games to load with irshell I am on 3.30 oe and when I try to load a game i just get a black screen and freeze

what do you mean exactly? mute the whole psp? mute sounds made by a game but still have music from irshell? or mute music in a game but not all sound?

I know theres a setting in most game that you'll turn off the music...

I think he wants to press Music Note + L to play songs from his PSP\MUSIC folder using the "irsmp3.prx [GAME]" what i do when the game doesnt have options to turn it down is use MP3Gain

and drag all my songs into that and raise the volume

need any help with it? Just ask
