wait. what's 3.3 and 3.4 custom firmware? do you mean there is a way that I can run homebrew my PSP even if i have those versions??

Is 2.81 downgradeable to 2.8??

Well first you will first need to update to 3.03 to allow HEN to work then downgrade from 3.03 to 1.5. After that you can update to a OE Firmware (3.40 OE-A)
