You can load plugins, but you can only use either irsmp3, or SCEP plugins at a time, they aren't compatable, so they cannot both be activated at one time.
Pick what one you want to use, (I suggest SCEP because it is easier, and it is more effective). You will have a few files to copy over, and then you will have to boot into the recovery menu. From there you enable the plugin, and in your XMB, (or VSH), you press select (to open the options for SCEP) and you can change the clock speed, and run music through the psp music player.

irsmp3 can be enabled instead, but you have nowhere near the options, a higher clockspeed, so your battery will wear faster, and it is much more of a pain to use.

If you want to use irsmp3, I am sure there is a guide, otherwise just speak up again.
And as always, if you have any questions, post or pm back.

Then search the forums, (There is no doubt a guide on here) and put your desired plugin(s) onto your flash0.
You will then be able to use them.

okay...
make a file named vsh.txt in ms0:/seplugins/vsh.txt
so, open up the txt file
put in thte name of the prx that you want to load
lets say it's game.prx, put this into vsh.txt:
ms0:/seplugins/game.prx (you put the prx's in this folder too)
vsh=xmb
if you want these plugins for games, then make a game.txt and do the same

edit: almost forgot
get into recovery mode, go to plugins and enable them

Maxi, you can load plugins from your flash0.
The Lexar only stops him from loading plugins from him memorystick, not the flash0 itself.
