shad-- in #pspx on EFNet said he got snes to run using an exploit in the theme switcher.

Chances are this guy is just trying to make the front page of sites, so please, DO NOT POST THIS UNTIL IT IS OFFICIAL!
But anyway, I just wanted to let people know (how many people actually read IRC?), even if it is fake.

I don't think he is known..
Still, people have been trying to exploit the browser, has anyone tried the theme changer?

No, no one has tried the theme changer because how will it be able to run hombrew? I doubt what he says is true because of the way the PSP works with it's photo section, it's completely separate from games and does not seem to have any kind of way to run hombrew code from any part of it...but I'm interested in what he has to say about it..

i saw video update version 2.00 to working homebrews like "set wallpaper,browser inernet & tries to play games iso"and finally show version 2.10,I think named after hacked version 2.00.

erm that video shows nothing. Just shows all the 2.00 features, then some normal memory stick icons, nothing is actually running. This is just the header hack so the icons arnt corrupted. It doesnt launch nething.

xbox,PS2 and GC hacked with different version also and,they can't hack 1.51,1.52 & 2.00 !!!!!!!!!!

Yes. They can. Anything is hackable. It will just take time.

Xbox PS2 and GCN are also for the most part, hardware hacked. PSP as of yet has no such available hardware.

I think why ver 1.51,1.52 & 2.00 still not hack because not there alot of team group to do that ,like other controls

im preety sure 1.51 is still hackable, some groups have been trying out diffrent methods and they discovered by using diffrent %n, %b, and whatnot u get diffrent errors. besides why else do you think sony made such a qick update from 1.51 to 1.52 because obviously they forgot to patch somesort of security hole that we have yet to discover.

Yah this ones pretty funny, anyways, 2.0 isn't hacked yet, and I doubt it will be fore another couple months if that. There aren't that many people who are working on hacking the system, but there will probably be more people doing it once the Euro release happens.
