Does SCEP-XMB or the SCEP-Cheatmaster work on 3.40OE-A? I couldn't even get it to show up, I use CWCheat, rarely, but I like to have it around and I was going to check out either of these and I couldn't get them to work.

Also, is the Cheatmaster.prx just for DevHook?

SCEP-XMB
was made for 3.40 (i think)
check that the plugins are enabled in recovery
if not enable them

You've got to move the folder SCEP into the root of the memory stick. Then you enable it in Recovery just like every other plugin, except instead of putting ms0:/seplugins/scep-xmb.prx in vsh.txt, you make it ms0:/SCEP/scep-xmb.prx (not sure what the name of the plugin is).

I'm pretty sure I did that, I tried it several ways, it doesn't show up in the plugins list.

I was just playing with some new plugins, I already had capture, antiupdate, and cwcheat, I decided to cheat out nitepr. I wanted to check out SCEP-XMB because I hear a lot about it, then I saw SCEP-Cheatmaster and I wanted to try it too, but neither of them would show up in the plugins list after playing with it for awhile.

Alsom is SCEP-Cheatmaster and Cheatmaster the same thing?

I have not tried Cheatmaster myself, so I can't help on that one :/
Make sure you have room on the plugins list for it. Also what release of it are you using?

Yep. Today I tried launching PSP Filer through the newest IRShell, it gave an error though.
That's better than a crash, however

I was using the newest version, it said it was updated to work with 3.30OE and I'm on 3.40OE-A.

Try taking a few things off of vsh.txt and game.txt, then look at the plugins in Recovery to see if it shows up.
