Weird irshell side effect

My PSP Firmware: 3.40 OE-A

Ok so i installed the new irshell, and before i ran it i had PSP spot & playstation tv on my psp (I recovered a semi brick w/ Jap firmware). So im all excited and junk so i start it, mess around with the skins then exit from ir shell. Well after i exit i noticed that i didn't have PSP spot or playstation tv. So i uninstalled it to find that i still didn't have them.

I know that IR Shell doesn't write to flash but how could this have happened if it didn't.
Anyone have an explanation?

delete your flash1 because it is corrupted.
