My psp is currently running 3.52 m33 and I was wondering if there was a way in which I could replace the official Network update with one that updates my custom firmware. So I could update my psp to 3.52 m33-2 through network update.

There is nothing like this for M33 - there was one for OE, but i'm not sure how well it worked.
This probably wouldn't happen anyway as it requires multiple, large files and would take quite a while. It would be no safer, either, if that's your worry.
