Wow, Veoh Support! My favorite site! Thanks Sofiya  I guess it shouldn't be called PSPTube anymore should it? :)
Does anyone have any ICON0.PNG and PIC1.PNG that they would like to share it?

would the new version work with 3.52 m33-4? or only 3.71
It should work with 3.52, just put it in GAME352.
I cannot comfirm if it works on 3.52 M33-4, but it does on 3.52 m33-1, so I see no reason why it shouldn't work on 3.52 M33-4
I second that, I need a nice icon for this application as it is my favorite now.Zitat:

yes it works i tried it with my WPA connectionZitat:

Wow... How's that for an early Christmas present? =O
I'll test the new version out as soon as possible.
just tested newest version (20071224)
awesome, greatly improved. im running 3.52-4 (kernal set at 1.50) and i put the PSPtube folder in the psp/game352 directory, and it worked like a charm.
theres one thing that i cant figure out, is there a way to pause the video? and can you resize the video? i cant seem to figure it out, maybe its not implemented yet. i know you can press square to make the video take 2/3 the screen, but other than that, is there another way to resize the video?
I think both the resize option and the pause video option have been removed. I bet you that the triangle menu will implement those features though.Zitat:

its not working for me on 352m33-4 i just get a black screen
Is it possible to use this to view videos that were saved as favorites in the old version? I've tried moving my old favorites folder into the new program location, but it won't find my files. Any ideas?
How do you run this application on a 1.5 ver psp? =/
err u cant
gotta use 3.71 FW
u gotta update
That sucks. Guess I'll stick with the old version.
Thanks for answering my question.
New version released again :) PSPTube20071225.zip

* GAME folder, please.
This is snapshot version.
Another version? cool, I hope those bugs get fixed soon. Thanks Sofiyacat!
Is it speeded up? Y'know.. More in sync?
Yeah, it never went out of sync once and I've been using it to watch Bleach ever since he released these.
Does the latest version run on 3.71 M33-4
If so, I'm having problems :(
UPDATE:
I managed to get it working, I think it's the Organ theme that makes it look a little weird on my PSP.
Also, the controls are different for me:
X - Selects Video
O - Opens up "Search" / Video List
Square - changes the video playback size
Triangle - brings up the Options (ie. Play / Save / Save As)
START - Pause/Unpause
SELECT - ?
L/R - Previous/Next Page
Yeah, Sofiya swapped the X and O buttons. :)
does anyone has manage to pause the offline videos? i have the version 20071224 but i cannot stop the videos,i don't have wifi and i want to use it as a flv player but i don't have control of the video when i played

Try grabbing the slightly updated version and see if it works in that, if not your stuck waiting for another update.

Hey everone i am a new member of QJ Forums. I was wondering if any one of you have experienced this type of bug/problem. I seem to have searched everywhere. I've Downgraded my psp, and upgraded it to 3.40, 3.51/3.52, 3.11. But whenever i try to start psptube with the 3 latest beta version, it brings me to the access point selection screen. It shows my current saved access points, but it doesn't let me select them. Does anybody know what am i doing wrong.
Old versions of psptube one from August works fine, But these last three updated versions of this month, has a different network Screen. Which is similiar to the one you see when going on PSP Internet Browser. Anyway here's the Image of the Screen where i get stuck. Please help me. This is the biggest discussion forums i've seen. I might make a video of this, and put it on youtube, and other sites.

UPDATE: I downgraded my brothers PSP, and i have 3.71 ,33-4 on there. I downloaded the latest build from 25th Dec, and got stuck in the same Network Screen.
Try any of these and see if it helps:
A. Try disabling your plugins if you have any.
B. Update to 3.71 M33-4 if you aren't on it already.
C. Put PSPTube inside your GAME352 or GAME371 or whatever your firmware version is.
i was using the cwcheats to pause the videos but the version 20071225 now does that, i hope they introduce the ff and rew option soonZitat:

Works for me with the latest version.
Hi Guys am trying to make PSPtube works for me and had some success with it, i just bought a new PSP slim and have a 3.71 m3.34 CFW.. And am using a WEP connection with Password and have a 100% strenght And also tried Using WPA encryption with the latest Update and i think it works since it can detect the Signal... Ive tried using the PSPTube20070817 and PSPTube20070812 both are having the same result for me...i now updated my PSPtube to the latest update
I have done everything according to the instructions and after few tweaks here and there i got it working and surfing Youtube (Yeyy for me).. Then i turn off my PSP .. After a Few minutes ive tried using PSPtube again...
But lo and Behold,i can connect to the network but when am trying to search some videos all am having is the message ``no videos....
As of now am having an ON and OFF relationship with this application... Sometime its working sometime its not... Is the problem with my system?? My Firmware?? My Connection??
So in a Nut Shell sometimes i can make PSP tube work for me but the problem it is not stable almost all of the time... I can easily get to the connection screen and then connect PSPtube via my WI FI and it shows the words
Favorites``-No videos but everytime i try to search for a VIDEO example like "PSP" most of the time i only get this message
[B]
Favorites`psp`-No videos.. I know that PSPtube works for my PSP because i have moments that i can play videos problem is almost 90% of trying it wont work for me.. Do i need portforwarding for this kind of application?? Can please anyone shed some light to this problem T_T am having this problem ever since ive tried making PSPtube works for me T_T
From what I read in your problem jell025 it sounds like you are searching for videos in your memory stick instead of youtube or optionally veoh(another video steaming site). Make sure you press select so that you are searching the youtube database. If you are then still having difficulties it could be a plugin you currently have installed and try disabling it through recovery.
with this new update i cant get past obtaining IP address it just times out any way to fix this?
@PSPLinkFan
Bro thanks for the Reply i just found out that this update have that feature enabling us to choose from Veoh (cool)/YouTube and Favorites... But sad to say am having the same problem even though i tried switching from youtube to veoh or even to favorites(stupid me)....
About Plug Ins i checked mine at the recovery mode and currently i have no plug ins in my PSP ..(pardon my ignorance but iam really not that knowlegable when it comes to PSP since am just a new owner but does Bookr/PSPcomics/noobz Eloader Counts as a Plug in?Am guessing they are not, right?)
Do i need portforwarding with this kind of Brew? Am just thinking coz this might be my last resort.. Believe me when i say i read almost every Forums and tried everythting to make this work T_T I made it work sometimes but most of the time all am getting is the``No Videos message T_TSince i think my ISP`s modem is at default not portforwarded... If Yes can you point me to the right direction on how to.. Again sorry if am asking too much T_T i really really want this Brew to work for my PSP T_T
-= Double Post =-
@emusoda
Dude try Tweaking your WI FI connection because when ive tried using the 3rd key for my WEP Encryption i also exprience that problem.. But when i switched back to my 1st Wep Key i can now easily access my WI FI... ( I really Hope that make sense lol)... Am really Glad that this new update Supports WPA encrytion it just makes me feel A lot safer lol
I really hope i can make my PSPtube works for me at a hundred percent rate from what am experiencing at the moment am at around 5% success rate of making PSPtube work for me T_T
Sweet! I installed the required FW and I am loving this application.
Seems like the next version comes out at the 31st December.
Is this version with stage6 support?, because on
http://nekomimi.cafe.coocan.jp/wiki/?PSPTube
i read something like this.
Is there any japanese who can confirm it?
I'm having some major problems, I can't see the font when I use PSP Tube, so I have no idea what I'm clicking, can anyone help?
A new version came out a bit ago:
