You still cant browse Stage6/Veoh/Dailymotion video's while watching Youtube, it freezes the psp.

Also, another neat trick to play video's from usb :)
Set in your psptube config this:
psptube.favorites = "ms0:/";
And then open up IRSHELL 3.xx
-Put on an usbhostfs connection so you can see the flv files on your pc.
-Then select redirect usbhostfs to ms0/
Boot psptube and you'll see your flv files from your pc !
Playback isn't smooth at all times, but it works :)
y not just watch on ur comp normally ._. psptube is for youtube browsing on the psp(on the go). really useless to plug it in to ur pc and watch it like that ._. wasted effort. but i watch youtube stuff on my psp anyways cuz it doesnt lag, unlike my pc ._. my comp sucks ass T.T
Whenever I start it up with the 12-31 update I just get some white text telling the version and font in the top right and bottom left corners then it goes black and sits there. In the new version there is no "psptube.cfg" file nor "dev_id =" part. There is a config.js file and inside it it has
psptube.nicomail = "";
psptube.nicopass = "";
I guessed that that was your username and password and typed them into those parentheses but nothing happened. Anyone got help with the new update? Could it be the firmware I'm using? I'm on some kind of 3.40 custom firmware.
NVM I Just needed to put it in the GAME340 folder instead of the GAME folder.

New features I've seen so far:
- You can now delete saved videos from your Favorites folder.
- You can play at half speed, normal speed, or double speed by pressing left and right on the D-pad during playback.
New features found in 2008/01/09 version:
-Dancing line around the video you are playing right now.
-More video scales when pressing select.
-Delete saved video's :)
-FF and slow-motion modes with digital pad.
Fast forward and then normal goes sometimes out of sync !
Now we only need:
-Subtitle support (srt)
-Better Divx
-Google Video
-Rewind video's (FF is now implemented).

I'm running it through IRShell and it's not working at all for me. The program works fine but when I try to play a video it freezes. Anyone else have this issue?

Jesus christ this app is getting better and better each time :o
It runs AVI files that have a resolution of 640*480 without a problem, no more need to wait an hour before a movie is converted
MPEG is supported too and runs smooth
WMV starts, sound plays but no moving image yet
OGM runs but not smooth yet
MKV doesn't run, it starts but then everything ****s up
RM doesn't run
I have to say this is becomming my most used and favorite homebrew aplication :) the progress this project has made so far, just so unreal :D
if it continues like this this might just become a full mediaplayer supporting allot of formats
For the future I hope to see some furhter improvement ofcourse :) definatly smooth ogm playback (into later stages mkv and rm, but that's just dreaming, making the current ones run smooth should be nice allready :))
ofcourse some more controle for the user (forward, rewind, skip, etc) becaus the 2x speed and 0.5 speed just isn't enough ^^

640x480 avis don't work that well, alot of the time the sound is at a slightly slower speed than it should be, although they are kinda playable. I got wmvs to work, but the sound starts before the video plays, so its out of sync.Zitat:

its if you have a youtube url from you browser and you type that in it will give you your video.
Anyone else having trouble with this? I'm using the latest PSPtube (20080114), it boots up with the name of the version, then there's a plain black screen... I'm on 3.80.
That's wired, I'm also running 3.80 m33.
It just seems to crash a lot, I think it's just because it was never made to run on the 3.80 yet.

So do I, but it crashes way to many time, 89% of the time it will crash on me. Even though it worked fine on 3.71 m33.
It hasn't crashed for me and I'm on 3.80 M33.
