well im gona go out on a limb and assume ur on 3.90 m33. u shud put the psptube folder in the game folder, not game390, not game150. the normal game folder. it shud show up. for how to search up stuff look through the thread, probably gonna find it on the first post tho

the newest version doesnt work it shows the psptube startup but stays black and buttons dont respond

OK, I'm at wits end here getting PSPTube to run again on my phat 3.90M33-2. I used to have release 2008-01-29 running perfectly, but now when I launch it, I just get a blank screen and the PSP powers off after about 10 seconds. I am wondering if it has something to do with the EON theme I once installed, then backed-off by restoring from the flash0 backup I had made just prior to installing EON. I tried upgrading to 3.90M33-2 to see if it would help, but it didn't. I've tried the most recent PSPTube, but that didn't help. So I'm back to the 2008-01-29 that I had working a couple weeks ago. Here's my setup:
PSP phat firmware 3.90M33-2 (originally a NA launch day 1.50 system)
I have firmware set to 3.90 Kernel mode.
I have PSPTube 2008-01-29 installed in /PSP/GAME
I have tried:
Resetting flash1 and restoring defaults.
Recreated my network settings and verified that Browser, RSS, and both official and homebrew PSP Radios work.
Using a different, formatted memory stick. (Sandisk 1GB Gaming)
Copied PSPTube folder from another working 3.90M33 phat system.
Verified all files in my flash0 match the backup I made prior to installing EON.
Re-flashing 3.90M33, but the updater program says I'm already on 3.90M33 and wont continue.
Using all-original PSP theme and XMB icons, and wallpaper.
All possible combinations of 1.5/3.x kernel mode with various /PSP/GAMExxx folder names. I'm now back to setup described above.
I've had very good success running just about every homebrew on this system since the first Kexploit, but this one has me stumped. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Usually when that happens to me it just means that the video I picked got deleted to removed from the site.
Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear. I can't get PSPTube to launch correctly. I don't get to the point where I can select any videos.
I have no idea what could be wrong =/
The only this I can think of is the kennel.

The latest release kind of sucks. I get no video output whatsoever on a fat PSP - only on a slim. And I had to manually add YouTube back in.
Speaking of which, I manually added YouTube back in. The whole PSPTube20080220+YouTube package is available from my website, including my Universal Easy Installer for simple installation :) Searching works exactly as you've come to learn from previous versions; just hit Select until you get to YouTube, then search away.
You can also get just the YouTube script, if you want.

I think you have to get the javascript file of those sites, and then somehow implement them in the config. that's what i heard, i'm not sure on how to get the javascript files though.Zitat:

I made it myself. And yes, you can add pretty much any site. It's going to take a bit of coding, though. Automatic search generation would be impossible.Zitat:

There should be a nice big menu when you press select (instead of having to keep pressing it), and it then allows you to scroll through every video site you have

I mean that site has a lot of stuff other sites don't have. However, I don't get why crunchyroll .flv videos I download turn out funny when played in psptube. The video turns black and white with random colored lines in the middle.
Anyone know why? Or how to fix this?

ugh, never mind. This program is HORRIBLY BROKEN. Things just randomly stop working after they were working perfectly.
