If run once on a PSP, is there any need to run it ever again? --Or is the TA-82 going to function as a normal PSP for the rest of its life? I am also wondering if it has to be run before downgrading to 1.5 or if it can be run at any stage of a PSP's firmware life. Does it only have to be used on TA-82's and TA-86's?
Thank you, and no, this isn't a help topic, just a curiosity topic  .
Do not mess with Idstorage unless you know what you are doing, you can run keycleaner 1.1 to restore all keys except 6 or 43 so try that, and you can obtain the other keys in other ways, like making friends....friends with psps that have those keys not corrupted...
read this whole page, also it is spoken by chilly willy himself that those keys are empty so only need to be dummied ( in other words it is stated that you can give those keys out legally but not the rest because those keys do not contain any code except a bunck of 0's)
you can copy any key and use a hex editor to make these empty keys so that your storage is nearly perfect. DO NOT MESS WITH KEY 5
Well I needed to run it while downgrading the TA-82...so I was just wondering if it's required on ALL TA-82's and TA-86's, and I was wondering if after downgrading, it was ever needed again in the PSP's life...
