when i start homebrew game or application it says "The game could not be started.(80020148)". can somebody help me. thanks in advance.

Common El Xando you should magically know what firmware he's on and also know what homebrew he is using.

3.71 M33 doesn't support the 1.5 kernel. There is a compatibility thread here: PSP Slim 3.60 M33 - Homebrew Compatability Thread

If you have a phat PSP a patch will be released soon, if you have a Slim it's stuck with no 1.5 kernel.

It tells you in the readme that 1.5 kernal is not there & most homebrew won't work.
