Hello there -
I recently created a Pandora Battery and Magic Memory stick to downgrade a friend's fat PSP. After finishing that, I copied the 3.60 Slim files to the stick, and ran the installer using my fat PSP. I then reflashed someone else's slim to 3.60 M33 with the battery and magic memory stick.
The following day, I found a need to have the memory stick set back up for a fat PSP. I loaded the stick into my PSP, and re-ran the Pandora Firmware installer on the Magic Memory stick. I used it, downgraded the PSP, and all was well. Afterwards, I re-ran the 3.60 Slim installer on the same stick, and re-flashed another slim PSP to 3.60 M33.
My first question is, am I hurting anything by just re-running the Slim/Fat firmware loader on the memory stick for whatever I have to downgrade/reflash? Second, I can run the 3.60 Slim/Pandora Firm. Creator files on a Slim without any issues right? I want to make sure I don't need a fat PSP in order to set the Memory stick up for a Slim or Fat. Everything seems ok, I just want to be sure that I'm not corrupting anything somehow and I'm not yet seeing the effects.
Finally, is there any reason I shouldn't load 3.71 on the Slim's? Are there any disadvantages to it that I haven't read about yet?
My apologies for the long post, I hope it isn't too confusing. Thanks a ton to anyone who can help.
