Exclamation Did i Brick my psp

Hi i was fooling around changing stuff and when i tryed to run one of my updates on my 2.00 psp it sad it was corrupt and then froze on this except the backround still moves. here are some pics here
and here

Should i take out the battery because the off swich doesn't work it's been at least 10 mins.

I'd definitely wait for someone who may actually KNOW what they're talking about for sure, but I do know that I would've already pulled the battery... Basically, IMO, if it hasn't come around in ten minutes, then it probably isn't gonna fix itself, and besides the battery pull I don't see what other options you would have...

Talking It Surrived

IT LIVES! I took out the battery and when it finally rebooted it flashed out the last screen then worked as normal.

Instead of taking out the battery, 99% of the time you can force a hard shut down if you hold the power switch up for 10-20 seconds.

yea... an easy thing to do is have a simple program run the psp at its max processing speed and using every part of the psp running without destroying the psp.. and maybe the battery will die because there is no other choice for the battery!
