I feel so happy! I got the Timidity MIDI Player to run. A lot of people have been having problems, so here's how I did it:
First, this will take a LOT of space on your MS. Just over 35 Megabytes to be exact. Go to google, and search for eawpats11_full_beos. Find a site that has the .zip file and download it. Extract the .zip file, and copy every .cfg file to the root of the Timidity player on your PSP. Open the timidity.cfg file and put the following lines on the bottom of the file: dir inst source gravis.cfg source gsdrums.cfg source gssfx.cfg source xgmap2.cfg source proteus2.cfg source mt-32.cfg source sndfont.cfg Now, copy all of the files in the eawpats11_full_beos folder, including subfolders and put them in the inst folder on the PSP. Put your midi files in the midi folder. The Program will play the midi's in the order that they are in the folder. It doesn't look like there is any kind of song selection either. Combine the program with the PSP File Assistant though, and you kind of have a MIDI Playing PSP! I Hope you found this helpful, Ryan Victory |
