I can't figure out how to do it can some tell me in steps how to do this i'm kinda a noob with this stuff. Or if some one could do it for me if i put it up.

i think elf 2 pbp works but not sure... why would you want to convert a ps2 file for a psp... that wouldnt run as smoothly
