Super Mario 64. Without sound, but even then there are slowdowns in some places.

There won't be a FULLSPEED rom for awhile.

mario kart is prettygood without sound

Wave Race runs fullspeed without sound, some minor graphic glitches though, but nothing big.

Zelda Ocarina of Time near fullspeed without the sound.
