80020148 message came up when trying to use UMD DAX Dumper Beta 0.2.

I need a good guide or help to put that program on my psp?

im preety sure this dosnt go agesnt the piricy policy

It is actually, anything that relates to the running of ripped or downloaded copyrighted content is, and that's the purpose of dumping a disk.
