AT3 conversion problem.
I'm converting the songs from GTA:VCS from AT3 so that I can play them on my PC.
All the songs convert properly in HIMDRenderer except for the VCPR.AT3.
I know for a fact that the talkshow stations like VCPR are only 22050Hz Mono instead of 44100Hz Stereo like the music stations.
I had the same problem with GTA:LCS where I couldnt convert LCFR.AT3. So I used my PS2 disc of LCS and extracted the LCFR station, because on the PS2 converter you can force a decoding bitrate like 22050.
But since I dont own VCS for the PS2 I cant convert it from that version.
Looking at the VCPR.AT3's WAVE header, I noticed that it was 1 channel 44100Hz. Knowing that it was actually 22050Hz, I changed it in the header, but to no avail, as it still wouldnt convert.
Does anyone know how to convert these 22050Hz AT3s ?
