Default Emulation question for PC Engine emulators!

Hey all, I'm sitting here with my very, very old CD for Ys Book I & II for the Turbo Grafx CD engine addon (AKA PC Engine/Turbo Duo). Now, I saw that there were some emulators for the PSP that would let me play the game, so I went out and bought a PSP. I pandora batteried it, put custom firmware on it (3.80, then I did the network update for the newest custom firmware). I have sucessfully loaded up e[mulator] and HuE, as well as PCE for PSP (which does not run).

I just need to know how to get my Ys disc copied on to my PSP and able to run. I tried a forum search but couldn't find anything.

Well, progress.

I managed to rip the game. (Using NightWolves TurboRipper.exe)

And I can get the game to load up (using the japan system card)

However, no mp3 files were playing.

Isn't discussion about ripping games disallowed?
